[Bordermarch] Event meeting

Hi Karen,
Pardon, please; both Ben and Liz have obligations for Passion Play 
practice and
neither one will be able to attend an SCA event meeting Tuesday evening.

Please email questions, set-up map details, or any information you need 
to tell us.
Simonn will be on site Friday early a.m. (a day taken from work) to set 
up site.  
He needs to know exactly "where" to set up the gate,  noble pavillion, 
and/or
other things that have to be set up.  
Who else, or rather, how many others, will be going up on Friday morning
to be hands-on for set up?

Tessa has serving trays for Elrique to use and will bring them to site
or transfer them the Elrique before event, if he desires.

Tessa will see that the list fields will have pennants strung to mark them,
as well as pennants flying at the bridge and pennants flying on top of 
the castle.  
The large Ansteorran flag is here in the carport. (The one that hangs at 
front entrance gate at the front road by Darren's torch poles.  It will 
get hung up Friday morning.
Where exactly are the list fields to be placed inside the castle frame 
fence?  
How many fields?  Mistress list tent/s placed where?
Tessa will Mistress the Rapier List (assisted by  Ebhilin and is 
requesting Krysten/Gabrielle de Lacy to sit/assist/run messages with the 
Rapier List Mistress table.  It might be nice to have another young lady 
do the same for the chivalric List Mistress table, although I have not 
discussed this with AmberLea before now.
If necessary, the Rapier List and Chivalric List tables could be under 
one white garage pavillion (ours Ben/Liz's)
Tessa plans to have a jug of drinkable and a food nibble for those 
gentles who sign up for Rapier list and who come to the table with 
business about their matches.

Additionally, Tivar and AEthylian have asked us about a special time for 
some way to recognize the 25th anniversary (March 1979) of the creation 
of the White Scarf order which was created as the Order of the Caviliers 
of Ansteorra (in Principality, created by Simonn and Tessa) then renamed 
as the White Scarf as a kingdom order in the following first kingdom 
reign of Jonathan and Willow.
Nice of them to remember that!  I do not know exactly what that will 
develop into, but problably a little bit of evening or morning court 
time with the Queen.  That proposal could best go to/through Their 
Excellencies, up to the Crown, about business at court.  This proposal 
has been mentioned
to Their Excellencies.  I do no know if there might need to be a small 
blurb in the event flier as a commemorative.  That is left up to Their 
Excellencies.
