[Bordermarch] Viewing stand for Ravensmarch

Hi....

Due to issues and timing an such, we will not be moving the viewing 
stands from the RF site to the Jones Country site on Monday.

So, we will not have them for the event this weekend for the event.

Thats ok, we can lay out rugs for the B&B's and Crown to use and it will 
be  very spectactular in front of the castle.

Thanks for all that offered to help, but things just did not work out.
