Lady Grace des Fleurs (Brandy) and her husband Gareld McNeil are the proud parents of Olivia as of 5:45 am!!!  Miss Olivia weighed 6 lbs 13 oz and is 18 1/2" long. Brandy & Olivia are resting at Beaumont's Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital.
