[Bordermarch] Populace Meeting / place; day

Gander Mountain is the best overall place. Everyone knows it, has gotten to be a habit of sorts. I and Selina, our seneschal have discussed this previously as well. A move to a different day seems so much more easier. The issue being what day. We need to have our Seneschal there, our officers and our B/B. With Selina's work schedule being kind of a roller-coaster, it is more difficult than it seems. Times like this we are reminded of the importance of deputies.
Many many thanks to Wendy and to Wesley!!!
At officers mtg., we will come to an agreement on as to when/where.
Selina, will send out an email... and several of us will make some phone calls to everyone in the barony. A most important populace... Baronials is here.

A switch to another night of the week might work out very well.
Gander Mtn is such a nice facility, accessible, etc.

What are the most favored options for another evening?
  What is Their Excellencies' preference?

Simonn and I are willing to switch off for Mondays from Armory and Cooks if Mondays are a better day for populace then Thursdays.
(Personally, our Wednesdays are otherwise dedicated already.)

Who would rather Mondays for populace meetings if at Gander Mountain? ________
Or Tuesdays if at Gander Mountain?_________

Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays would be on the bottom of the totem pole, eh?

We will longer have Gander Mountain available on the first Thursday’s of the month. It seem that the Sierra Club now has that date reserved every month. Wesley has been doing a great job at getting that date reserved ahead of time, seems the store manager “over-looked” us and has it promised to Sierra Club. Other option would be to change when we meet. It is a shame, as Gander Mountain work out so nice for most people.
