[Bordermarch] Fwd: populace

If it is only the FIRST Thursday which is taken, can we not change our WEEK,
but keep our DAY?

Even if we decided to hold Populace meetings on the Thursday closest to the
15th of the month, I believe that we are all competent enough people to
adapt to a new "regular" date.  Bordermarch has done things much more
amazing than this in recent days!

Just my 2 cents.
