[Bordermarch] Volunteer Hours

  The Volunteer hours we give at Gulf War goes toward a WAR POINT for Ansteorra. If my memory is correct, I do believe we have never won that war point and His Majesty has requested that we as Ansteorran's need to volunteer and turn the time in, as much as we can during this Gulf War.
   
      When the person volunteering states where he is from such as Barony Bordermarch, then that time is also given to that Barony. After the War is over and volunteer hours are counted, then the time for each group is tallied. 
   
       This way we are showing our support not only for our King and Queen, but also for our Barony and our Populace. So if you can volunteer more than 2 hrs., then please do so.
   
       We know you volunteer at War, that was not ever a question. We would like those from Bordermarch to compile with His Majesties request and give at least 2 hrs., then to turn their time in, so it can be counted.
