It was asked 'why?' give at least 2hrs... 
  1) The Crown has asked
  2) It is an excellent service opprotunity
  3) Hours worked..turns into $ for the barony
  4) 2 hours given within a week is very simple to do
  5) Ansteorrans who normally cant fight for a war point... can actually help win the war
