Reminder: 
Populace Meeting will be Thursday at the TAMS building in Port Arthur.
Travel directions coming from Beaumont: 
Hwy 69; pass the Airport; go on several miles to Hwy 73 towards Groves.  
Exit to 73 toward Groves.  Within a few tenths of a mile is the 
9th Street downramp.  Take the 9th Street downramp.
At this point, to your LEFT beyond the freeway is the Port Arthur Civic Center Complex with the TAMS building being on the back side of that parking lot.
