This is a friendly reminder that we (myself included) should
be certain to share ideas and hear ideas to/from Their Excellencies Santiago and Elisabeth.

As any one of you is bringing up a concept that will require follow-through with the populace or at an event, 
please continue to remember the courtesy to communicate your ideas directly with Their Excellencies 
so things may go into effect through the adequate communication channels.

This might include, for example: 
officer changes, deputy officers, scroll wordings, spokesperson information, acquisition of regalia, 
or any number of plans.  
Her Excellency Elisabeth is happy to add your topic to the Populace Meeting agenda, and 
His Excellency Santiago will more than likely formulate a story in comic relief about any forthcoming endeavors.
