[Bordermarch] another site fee question

     --I have another question regarding site fees and spectators... I have a non-SCA friend that is wanting to come in on Saturday and have her grandson along to see some of the action. Do they have to pay to come in or are they allowed to come in and scope out the SCA? Thanks in advance for an answer...
