The helpful ACCEPS registrars have processed all the steps to activate ACCEPS 
(on-line credit card event fees payment) for Meless, 2007; ... "HOWEVER" (comma),
...    ...   there *is* one hitch:  Their credit card server is not working correctly for some reason.
Ssoo0000-0-0-0-0 no one is actually able to complete the ACCEPS registration process yet.   
If you pre-register on -line, you will be saved some precious time upon arrival by avoiding a long line.  
(Your line will be shorter.)  You will not need to fiddle with monies or checks in the windy dark.

and scroll down the left side bar to "ACCEPs".
Select Kingdom of Ansteorra, then select Melees Nov 2007.
