[Bordermarch] April Populace

Greetings Bordermarch,
 
Populace meeting for this April will be held under the BFT, Friday the
25. We hope others from throughout the Kingdom will join us and share
ideas and plans for the future with us.
HE Elisabeth and I plan on bringing something to eat and sharing it with
others. This could be a chance for some bardic performances and general
storytelling under the BFT.
