[Bordermarch] MoAS Office is open

Lady Padraigin has communicated that the local baronial office of Minister of Arts and Sciences is open.
Lady Padraigin has become the Coastal Regional MoAS.

Monthly MoAS reports are required from local to regional, 
where guild activities and other accomplishments, classes, displays, or competitions are described along with event involvement.

All interested persons should apply directly to the Coastal MoAS   :)  ...Padraigin herself...
and copy unto Their Excellencies and copy to the local Senechal office,
