Greetings Don Ericus,
Your concerns are shared by all involved with Bordermarch's newest intellegence operative.
I cannot disclose his true identity for fear of retribution, should he become captured and forced to squeal.
His sense of direction may seem tilted, but he is a master of deception. We do maintain constant contact via the pigeons he has with him.
Rest assured; reality has never been a problem for him.
Advice from one who has served Bordermarch as long and as honorably as you, Don Ericus, shall always be welcomed.
HE Santiago

Excellency,

I am afraid that if Your 'emissary' set out in the morning - with the sun at his back - the only reports You are likely to receive will be about the goings on in Bryn Gwlad.  Let us hope that his problem was in his command of the language, not his sense of direction!  Just how old is he?  I must confess that I do not know this 'knight.'  For there to be a knight from this Barony that I have not met is strange almost to the point of unbelievable.  My main concern is that You are not relying on information from a source whose perception of reality is, shall we say, 'less than reliable.'
If You share my concern then, please, take no action on the basis of this good gentle's reports until You receive corroboration from a more dependable source!  It is my duty to advise You, even when the advice seems unnecessary...

In Service,
Ericus

We are troubleshooting a problem with the mail server at Ansteorra… it seems
to be dropping messages from being posted after they are approved.

So I’m forwarding this message for Nomis of Topaz Key…

AHH,

Your excelency,

To be on the trail again.  It has been so long since I have been on a truly
dangerous mission, my blood flows with excietment!  No more chores around
the cabin!! No more reading with my eyes closed!!! The Dark Paladin rides
again!!!!

Unfortunately I went to saddle my fine and trusty stallion that I was gifted
upon becoming a knight only to find that the saddle had rotted beyond use.
Not to be deterred I commisioned my squire to repair the leather (which he
did a fine job on) only to find that my horse had somehow gotten too old to
bear my weight.  Where has the time gone?  I remember just yesterday riding
my horse around border keep... or was just a dream I had?  Putting these
unforeseen complications behind me I have set out on foot to spy thine enemy
and determine what thier foul plans are.  I have set out this morning with
the sun to my back and will shortly be in enemy territory.  My only concern
is the large amount of pidgeons I am carrying, I hope that they do not give
my mission away.

Until my next communication

Nomis of Topaz Key

PS Baron, I think that the pesky Pam and that flea bitten Ram overheard our
plans, please be careful around Pam, she still has that feral look in her
eye.
