Our Bordermarch member that works for the Fire Department in Vidor told me
at Noon that they are about to call an evacuation.   I just got back from
the City dump, the City guy there and another customer said Orange County
was calling for a volunteer evacuation today, and will call a mandatory
evacuation on Sunday(tomorrow).  Once they go to a mandatory evacuation they
will not let travelers go east and west as well as a number of highways out
of here will go Contra-flow, meaning no southward travel as all lanes will
be used for north travel.

Kind of blows my plans for being moved out by the first if I can't get back
tomorrow for my last loads.   So, I'll be in Loc Soilleir by tonight and
plan on sticking it out there as Lady Ellen will be involved with
dispatch/emergency operations at her job.

I think most of us will be sticking this one out at home. HE Elisabeth and I
are on call; she works at the local medical clinic and I at the refineries.
