Greetings unto my Bordermarch family!
     Sorry for the off topic post, but I wanted to offer this laminate
flooring to my Bordermarch family first, before I go and post it on
southeasttexas.com next week.

What's the story: I installed a lot of Lock 'n Seal™ Premium - Sonoma Cherry
flooring for a client(older couple), in Beaumont looking to sell their
house. Less then a year later, a real estate agent talks them into putting
in tile flooring.  I offered to remove the laminate flooring knowing I could
badly use new flooring in my house.  Well, I got the new flooring put in and
it looks awesome. I have a BUNCH left over that I don't need.

I have a little over 130 full size planks which equates to 330 Square feet.
This would cover a 16x20 room or a couple small bedrooms. I can help you
determine if it's enough for your needs.

I'm willing to sell just the flooring or sell it installed. You really need
a table saw to cut it to install it.

Total Value -based on Sam's club price where it was bought:$400+
Bordermarch family price for this practically new flooring:$150 (delivered)
We will do the installation- including flooring & delivery:$400

Going labor rates for installing is $2.00-$4.00 per square foot. That would
make install worth $600+ or a total value of over $1000 for only $400
