[Bordermarch] Fighter Practice

Greetings Bordermarch,
 
Fighter practice at Rogers Park is scheduled for 7:00 pm, tonight. Bring
your A&S projects and a chair, we are getting a lot of exposure since we
had to move our practices out too the front area of the park. 
Sipping on some cool non-alcoholic libation will certainly set you free
whether you fight or just observe.
 
Lord Zane has finally returned from his 45 day sabbatical in Alaska.
Since he hasn't lifted a blade for more than a month, I'm certain he has
lost what edge he had, and should be easy pickings for any who want a
piece of his hide.
 
I found a good source for SCA approved yellow plastic gas pipe that can
be used for ballista bolts. The only problem is it comes in rolls
instead of straight pipe. Just a thought, but what if we have Lord Adolf
blow some of the hot air
that he copiously spews through the plastic pipe to straighten it out.
Maybe people would pay to watch him do it, and we could use the money
for more supplies!
 
I have learned that it is not wise to admit to a brewer that you enjoy
the taste of fancy wine coolers. When I slipped up and confessed to our
Brewers Guild Principle, Lord Nikolai the Most Purest, he gasped and
then proceeded to explain to me that 
a standing member of the brewers guild never, ever, ever admits to
enjoying fru-fru drinks. Shame on me!  I guess I'll have to drink jar of
vinegar or something at our next Brewers Guild meeting  to retain my
good standing within the Guild.

calls and emails.
