[Bordermarch] SCA New Year

For those of you who do not know or may have forgotten, May 1st is a new year for the SCA. Those of you who are working on Scrolls for Baronial which is after May 1st, the year is XLIV (44) If you have already created your scroll and dated it you can add a "I" to make it XLIIII (this is proper) if not, use XLIV. Happy New Year everyone.
