[Bordermarch] December Trumpeter on-line!

Greetings all!
   Pandora Penncraft has done another OUTSTANDING job on the December
Trumpeter.  Thanks to all who contributed!   This 22 page issue is about 8
megs in size, so it will hake a little bit to download it for those on
dial-up.

Many great stories and pictures from BAM.  For those that didn't get to see
Lady Ellen's Equestrian Scroll- Pandora used the border and the officers of
Bordermarch as the frame for the front cover.
