Well fighter practice went well today. All that fought died well many
times. The breeze was nice and the companionship was awesome. No major
injuries...Unless you count the bruises that I am sure we all recieved
during the course of battle. In other words we all played nice today.

I learn so much every time I fight. I just want to thank my Dona for
nagging me about foot work, Zain for showing me that the dagger is a
weapon not just a parry item, and to Don Armand for boosting my ego a
little by letting me win a few bouts.

Those that did not attend, shame on you!!! Unless you had a valid reason
of course. And the weather is NO excuse. Do you honestly think that in
1658 they delayed a duel for 3 months for the temperature to drop?? I
THINK NOT!!! So whether you fight heavy or light or just come to watch,
please show up and support the fighters that defend our Barony with
their lives time and time again. We fight to better ourselves to better
defend YOU in times of battle.
