[Bordermarch] The 30th year adventure

I do seem to have forgotten more than a few things about our trip:

Lady Anastacia was a delightful young Lady who entertained everyone to no end with her good humor, wit, and a hairdo that resembled the fabled Tower of Babel.

When His Highness Gleann Abhann called me Baron Big Britches, he expressed it with so much love and respect I was speechless for almost the rest of the event!
The fine hand crafted metal gauntlet that Her Highness Gleann Abhann gifted HE Elisabeth and myself shall be turned over to our smiths. They will be instructed to hammer it into a worthy stew pot to be used whenever we prepare Cabrito.

I learned this very day that the two shafts of blinding white light that were seen by all who sat Fridays Gate shift were not some random supernatural phenomena composed of fluorescing swamp gas permeating from a desecrated Indian burial mound, they were Sir Simonn's bony white legs sticking out from under his stylishly short kilt. If he would quit shaving his legs they wouldn't be so shiny.

I learned that the Ladies do not necessarily enjoy eating every meal at What-A-Burger.

I know not to leave the AC on high in the hotel room if your soaking wet and chilled to the bone when you get out of the pool.

HE Amber Lea and Lady Catalina graciously walked a great distance to fetch some water for HE Elisabeth and me in our hour of great need, Lady Paddy Whack did not.

I know that Lady Lyllianne the Poetess and Lady Ivy are one and the same person. Since I constantly get the names confused, but would like to stick with the botanical theme she seems to swing towards, I shall now call her Lady Petunia; I believe that's a period name.

Let us not forget that our Countess Mistress Tessa was born without sweat glands. She works in the heat harder and longer than anyone, but never even glistens!

I know that when we returned from our trip our grass was so tall that my wonderful pile of scrap metal has all but disappeared; it's time to mow.

HE Elisabeth wants to learn how to use an Inkle Loom, would someone like to teach her?

If you have to journey with many women, make sure they Inkle before you begin the trip .

HE Santiago

Your Excellency Santiago,

I hate to point this out to you, but there are a couple of things you forgot to mention about your adventure.

One is that we met a very nice young lady, a Dutch Milk Maid named Anastacia Beaverhausen.  She was quite entertaining.

The other is that the King and Queen of Gleann Abhann are now referring to you as Baron Big Britches.

Your humble servant,
Lady Catalina

Greetings Bordermarch,

I'd like to share a few of my observations acquired during our visit to Ansteorra's 30th yr Anniversary.
