Ld Nik,
As usual, I have been knitting away at various odd and sundry projects... ADD + knitting = way too many irons in the fire...lots of in-progress and not much finishing at the moment!
I also have been longing to get back into spinning; I have lots of wool that I need to wash and card before I can use it. What I lack are several net lingerie-type laundry bags to hold quantities of wool in the washer, since one can't wash wool loose in the machine; it will clog the drains or some such calamity. I hope to get back into spinning soon. My goal is to spin some yarn, ply it and actually use it in some of my knitting.
