I think Nomis finally has the hang of this. Quick and to the point without a flowery explanation of how the Baron has been bewitched by fairies or the Baroness has begun some campaign to overthrow civilization as we know it. 
Thank you Nomis for sparing us the addition of any unnecessary wording to once again tell us that once again you have a heavy heart. For the record, you may try to cut back on the iron rich foods. Your heart may lose a little weight.
