It would not hurt if you have your own chair to bring it. There are some chairs
but I am not sure how many. There are tables, long ones, round ones and square
ones. I am bringing 2 small tables for sign in and possibly gift table or
dessert table. If you can bring a table that would be great. (make sure your
name is on it)

Subject: [Bordermarch] Good Question-12th night!!!!
Greeting!!!!
Hope this finds you all well and having a fun holiday season!!!!I had
some very good questions asked about 12th night and I notice there maybe
more people who have the same question!!!!
Info on the event!!!!!
Saturday, January 8, 2011 · 11:00am - 10:00pm
Unity Church of Beaumont Church
1555 South 23rd Street
Beaumont, TX
* A
Viking 12th night will be held at the Unity Church of Beaumont off 23rd
st in Beaumont!
* Bring a covered dish to help feed the populace. (list to come, to help
you decide) There is a kitchen available but there is no stove. There is
however a large warmer.
* Because of financing on the building
we are gonna have to ask for a minimum donation of $5 for adults (13+)
and a $1 donation for children (12-6) under 6 free! Family cap of $20.We
need
to raise $$$ to pay for the building and any donation over $5 would be
GREAT!!!!
* This is an off calender event!
* Also we are going to have a
gift exchange and if you would like to join in please bring a gift
(period) Adults (13+) will have one and Children (12-0) will have
another.
* We are planning to be eating around 6ish. We (Chrestien and I)
"should" be there around 9-10ish to start the set up.
* Fighting WILL
start at high noon!!!!For you Rapier folks, Once again, I (Lord
Chrestien) will be hosting a tiny tourney at 12th night. Bring all your
accessories, because this year will have a slight twist to the battles.
It should be fun, but only if we have more than 3 or 4 fighters. So
bring your gear, have some fun and fight for your right to be the Rapier
"Champion of 12th Night"!! Who knows, you might even get to stand behind
the King and Queen of Yule-Mis_rule!!!So come on out and fight and
eat!!!!
* I have been told this is going to be a DRY site!!! Sorry
for those who had asked for it to be next year we will have to find a better
place.
* I have also been told this place only has chairs for about 30 chairs and about
8-10 tables. So if you could bring yours "just in case".
* We are not reserving tables but if there is something needed (ie a place for
my mothers wheel chair. Let us know and the crew and us will accommodate you!!!)
* I have also been told this place has a fenced in play area for the kids and a
round maze out back. There is also a BBQ pit out back.
* The food list hasn't changed much!!! PLZ Get me an idea of what you maybe
bringing so others can also decide.
* This is a VIKING themed 12th night and we WILL have a table decoration
contest!!! So think VIKING!!!!
If there are any other questions please just ask and I will get back with you
ASAP!!!
Thanks Lady A and Lord Chrestien
