Well, I can't believe you're going to just strand poor Adolf over there in a foreign country with only 30 cents... To show him how much we care for him as a barony,  I've sent a rather large sum of cash in the form of a prepaid Visa card and had it delivered to the U.S. Embassy in London.  All he has to do is go by and pick it up. 
Can't you just imagine the grateful feeling he must have knowing that we love him so dearly.
