High school graduations are this evening, and graduation attendance is anticipated by several baronial participants instead of being at the park.

Rogers Park grounds generally drain off fairly well from rain 12 or more hours prior to a meeting.
Lord Zain and Sir Simonn both do plan to go to the park this evening at 7:00, as long as rain holds off before then.
