Greetings to all,
  I, Ld Nikolai Vladislav, am pleased to announce the format for our upcoming Arts and Sciences Championship competition that will be held at Bordermarch baronials. As current A&S champion it is my duty and honor to set up and run the competition. This years competition will be a single entry, documentation required standard competition that will be judged by their Excellencies Santiago and Elisabeth. I look forward to seeing all of your work and am honored to have been able to serve as champion over the past year.
