[Bordermarch] New Seneschal

<p>Santiago and I are pleased to announce Lady Padraigin as the new seneschal starting December 1st. She has held several officer positions both local and regional and we feel a great asset to the Barony.  A huge Thank you to Lord Adolf for his time as seneschal the last two years. It's a time consuming job that he handled beautifully. </p>
