[Bordermarch] populace & 12th Night

<p>Populace is tomorrow night at Gander Mountain. We need all hands on deck as this will be the last meeting before Melees. We are short staffed this year with Simmon and Tessa out of commission so lots to do.  Also need autocrats for 12th Night and Baronials. Without autocrats we can't have the event. Please let Santiago and I know if you are interested in either event.  Thanks in advance for everyone's help. <br>
