[Bordermarch] Gulf Wars Questions

Afternoon Bordermarch!
It looks like my son Dane the Red and I will FINALLY make it to Gulf Wars, and even The Great Fuzzball (Jeffery the Barbarian) will be joining us as well.  Could any of you let us know exactly where Bordermarch camps, camp rules, meal plan?, supplies we're supposed to contribute, tent size and so on?  I'd apprceciate it, and thanks in advance!
