You will do a great job.  I remember when I "autocratted"  my fuirst event, 
which was supposed to be a small event----just a one-day  Baronial Bardic 
Competition-----but instead, turned into the Investiture of  Henri and 
Charla, the Baron and Baroness who took over from Simonn and  Tessa-----including 
their "stepping down" ceremony, but also attended by, so it  seemed, half 
the Kingdom.  It turned out wonderful-----even though I was  scared to death, 
when I found out what a big event it was going to  be.
 
You will do very well, especially if you get people to be in  charge of the 
"little" things that make the event go well-----publicity, gate  guards, 
calligraphy for scrolls, set-up crew, and clean-up crew, among lots of  
others.  Remember-----you are a coordinator, and not expected to do it all  
yourself.
