Coordinators,
  Can you please shoot me a quick email and let me know how things are going in 
your respective areas.We have less than two weeks to go until the event and I 
need to make sure everything is running smooth.Remember to save your receipts so 
that you can get reimbursed or get with our treasurer to get the money that was 
allocated to your area in the budget. Again, thanks for everyone's help in 
making this happen on such short notice. Also if you happen to have a pavilion 
lying around and are willing to let us use it at the event let me know so that I 
may have an idea how many we have available.
