Hi Phocas- The tent is in the same condition [as far as I know] and the same 
place where you and your Lady stored it in my garage. You are welcome to pick it 
up that Tuesday; we'll need to make definitive time arrangements to meet.
RE: kerosene heater- this is the standard upright safety-switch heater that M & 
D sells. The container of fuel is still intact/never opened. It is available for 
use in an area that will have good ventilation. I can vouch that it does produce 
enough heat to make the freezing night temps bearable in a pavilion tent.
