Thank you both so much for all your help in advance. Yes there is room at the encampment and I will send your letter on to Rudy to get back with you concerning gate shifts. I do believe anytime Fri PM and Sat are available just let us know what time you want. They are 2 hour shifts and they start at 12 mid each day.

See you soon,
Elisabeth

Subject: [Bordermarch] Gearing up for BAM

Hi All,

Yes!  M Nerak & I will be presenting "Once and Future Beans" for your delight on
Friday night at the gate.  It is our pure pleasure to do so. Also, has a class
list been posted anywhere?  It would be nice to know when I am supposed to teach
before I get there, ya know?  Also, Nerak & I will be available for Friday night
guard shifts, possibly Saturday ones as well.  We just need to know what shifts
are open (before we get to site) so that we may be ready to go!  Oh yeah, one
other teeny little thing... we are going to be invading Bordermarch Baronial
encampment ths season!! Our set up is a bit large.  Our tents total 15x30
(including ropes), plus a 10' shade canopy.  Can we puhleeze have space??? purty
puhleeze?? so that it is not encroaching on the remainder of the Barony?

What else?  Well, I suppose we'll find out when we get there sometime on "Friday
day!

Grammercy,
 M. Jalali

PS  I am also co-ordinating the Cry Heralds for BAM again this season.  If you
want to have lots of fun and "Tell 'Em Where to Go and Make 'Em Like It!"
Please contact me soon.  I would really appreciate your help.  There will be
more on the lists this week to explain more fully.

Grammercy,
Jalali
