This just in from Regional Seneschal:
 
Any internet site, which includes Facebook, which claims to represent the SCA 
or any branch within the SCA must be under the control of a Webminister, 
either the local Webminister or the Kingdom Webminister.  This is an SCA-wide 
policy.

All other sites must include a disclaimer that they are UNofficial and do not 
represent the group.  Please ask the people who control those sites to add a 
disclaimer.
