Fighter practice also sounds good.  What say FP at 3pm and movie at 6pm? So those with kids can get home at a reasonable time. Later would be ok if everyone would prefer. Pot luck sounds wonderful. I will provide bread/crackers with cheese, tea, and popcorn.
