[Bordermarch] Status of the Barony

Good Morning Bordermarch,
 
Santiago and I announced our impending "retirement" at our May Day in the Park. Since that time we have spoken with many of you concerning this positions responsibilities and commitments. Many of you all though excited, stated you were just not ready yet.  
 
Since the letters were due yesterday we spoke in length with Their Majesties last evening.  They have asked and we have agreed to stay on for an indefinite period of time. Thus we do not become Crown Lands. Santiago and I are excited willing and able to continue with YOUR help. My recent spinal surgeries have left me unable to perform my worker bee duties at 100 percent and Santiago all though he is my Superman can not and should not have to do it alone. Many ideas flowed on Saturday and we would love to have you implement them in the coming year. We will discuss more at next weeks populace meeting where we hope everyone will be in attendance.
 
We want to thank all those that stepped forward to consider being B&B, the populace and especially Their Majesties for having the faith and confidence to ask that we continue as Baron & Baroness of Bordermarch.
