For the Balloon Keepers.....On Tuesday/Wednesday (your choice), remove the
balloon, gently pour the mead into a glass (trying to keep any sediment in
the bottle - also if you are super dedicated, you can use a coffee filter to
filter it).  Rinse the bottle and the balloon with water (no soap).  Place
the mead back into the bottle.  Cap the bottle and place in the fridge for
24 hours.  After that age 3-6 months or longer.  Aging is done best in a
dark cool place so probably a kitchen cabinet or closet.  That's all folks!
