[Bordermarch] Gulf Wars 2014

Just a reminder that ACCEPS is open for Gulf Wars.  Would love to see
Bordermarch have a strong representation at Gulf Wars.

Also, are we going to have a barony "land-o-crat"?  Is HL Isabella doing it
again this year or has someone new stepped into those shoes?  Just curious
so I can check off something on my "to-do" list.
