I have offered to coordinate camping land at Gulf wars. If you plan to 
camp with Bordermarch we need you to pre register by Jan. 31 ( next 
Thursday)  The lands assigned to the group is based on those persons pre 
registered.
Once you pre registrar please send me the following:

Mundane name(s)
SCA name (s)
Day of arrival
tent foot print- size with rope
      indicate door placement for Rectangle,
Tent type- modern, period pavilion,
Any special considerations
