[Bordermarch] Event Meetings

Okay crew we are done with Baronials and now on to BAM. We need to have an after event meeting for Baronials and a pre event meeting for BAM and would like to have it all at one time. Any suggestions???  We could do a movie/event planning night at our home or just dinner here or meet in BMT somewhere like art studio on a Fri?
