[Bordermarch] Populace Change

[Phocas of Bordermarch]

Is Populace on the last Thursday of the month or on the 4th Thursday?   I
have it programed in the website calendar for the 4th Thursday, which would
make it THIS Thursday night instead of on Halloween next week.

Populace falls on Halloween this year so we will be changing this to Tuesday
the 29th. We will either meet at Gander Mountain if available or Chine
Buffet in their private meeting room. We will announce soon.
