[Bordermarch] October Populace Meeting

Greetings Fair Bordermarch,

As discussed at the September Populace Meeting. October's meeting is being
moved to FRIDAY the 29th!

This meeting will be a pre-WotR prep day and any URGENT business that may
need to be addressed.

We have 5 things that we need to finish and will concentrate on.

1. WotR ponies for the wee ones
2. Finish scribal works for scrolls, illumination, calligraphy, etc.
3. Paint 50 Site Tokens for special guests, champions
4. Gather items for gift baskets and get them prepped
5. And possibly do some quick down and dirty tabards or volunteer sashes.

So please, make room on your calendars to come out and join us at the Art
Studio. Time for 6 pm to whenever......

If you have any anything to help the evening out faster, please bring it
along. Also, any largesse is welcomed.
