When will it be rescheduled? Also is the Picnic at the castle to be on Friday or Saturday or both days?
One last thing what is everyone bringing? Will this be a pot luck thing or should everyone just bring what they want? Well, Hope to hear back from everyone soon.
Simonn came in from officers' meeting last night saying officers agreed to
*NOT* conduct July populace meeting Thursday night, July 3.
Folk are making preps for the Friday "work-day" at the Jones Country
castle site. (And preparations are underway at the FBC gym parking lot
for a big July 4 picnic / activity area for the public to come down-town
for Independence Day.)

Those of us going to the castle site at Jones Country July 4 to mortar
the cinderblock wall Friday, or Saturday, or Sunday, (camp if you want
to) are being asked to bring plenty of fluids for you to drink and your
food.
If you want to contribute to a Friday picnic menu, please get in touch
with Her Excellency Caitrin. So far, there are plans to share baked
beans, potato salad, deviled eggs, etc. Unless we hear otherwise, I
think we are on our own for bringing the meat we want to cook on the
grill. Or pitching in $ to buy meat.

To do the mortar work, you need gloves. Please let HEx Armand or Simonn
know if you plan to come work. They can tell you the list of what a
person nedds to bring. The mortar will be there.

The castle wall is on its up!
