Sometime during the month of August, an artist is offering a class in making chain maille.

<BR>

Classes will be held at the Texas Artists Museum in Port Arthur, off Ninth Avenue not far from Central Mall.

<BR>

The class will be limited to 20 people, but the teacher needs to know if there are enough people interested to offer the class.

<BR>

Simple designs will be taught to make key chains and bracelets using fine gauge wire but reference guides will be distributed and you will learn how to even make armour with larger gauge wire in addition to sculpture, candles, pot hangers, and other items.
