Totally off-topic -- I'm sorry, but I need a quick accurate answer to
a question.

I'm selling my World Science Fiction Convention membership.  The buyer
wants to pay with PayPal.  I've never used PayPal and I have no idea
how it works.

    I believe I can send it to you that way whether you have a Paypal
    account or not.

    I think you need to start one from the email you will get to
    collect.  It's free.

    Using Paypal I have some buyer  protection.

Can anyone confirm that I would be able to get the money via PayPal in
a secure way, and get it without a fee to me?  If you do, please
e-mail me off the list at tmcd at panix.com
