[Bryn-gwlad] Combat Archery Authorization for Baronial

Good Morning,

  Here are exerts of an email from someone else who asked regarding this a
month ago.

  For combat archery we have different ammo and safety guidelines that require
active field experience. While the general rules are simple, the application
of it is at a high risk and very dynamic environment. After all, we are
actually shooting people.

  If you are going to Gothic War over labor day you will have your best
opportunity at experiencing this. As I've said in my letters in the Blackstar,
Combat Archery Marshals and participants are not something that are made in a
single event because of the need for experience.  The only exception I've seen
to that is someone who is dedicated to it at Gulf Wars which has 5 days of
very intense inspection and field marshaling.

  I'm sorry that I can't be the bearer of better news than this.
