[Bryn-gwlad] Combat archery - geting started

Trust me that the date on the combat archery section is something that
irritates me as well. There have been many attempts to get it updated at the
Kingdom and Society level. Since this is law, it is not something I can just
change despite everyone approving pieces at a time. I have one from earlier
this year that got delayed and delayed because of this or that including the
fact that the new Society rules were going to be out a year ago but the new
'armored' section only got approved at the last BoD meeting with still not ETA
on the missile section.

Some items that have been published in the Blackstar or from Society as law
that may not be updated in a consolidated form:

- No wood ammo
- All ammo must have APDs
- Golf-tubes are not allowed
- 100PSI Siloflex is allowed with tennis ball or "Omarad" padded blunts with
1" of resilient padding
- Siloflex crossbows up to 800 inch pounds

I will talk to the Kingdom Earl Marshal about the handbook and many other
topics this weekend.
