I just want to clarify this.

While that was the policy clarification published by the Kingdom Earl Marshal
in the most recent Blackstar, there is a dispensation for combat archery and
youth combat. These groups will be working to create an event authorization to
use as an official training and authorization process. Both groups talked to
Seur Jean Paul regarding this as it would have killed any growth, and possibly
the entire activity.
