Yep. It's that simple. And it's a real bitch.

When I was archery marshal I tried constantly to get fighters to show up 
at sunday practice so we could do melees. I think the most we ever had 
was 3.

If we could get fighters (and loaner armor) out for a few sundays we 
could practice combat archery in some small melles, then maybe we can 
get Pug or another authorizing marshal to come out once or twice to do 
authorizations.

If you can get the fighters out there, great, and you've had better luck 
than I did.
